FAQ:  Speech Articulation Problems

Question:
My 3 front teeth were bonded together and now I spit when I talk.

Is there anything I can do to get things back to normal where I don't spit anymore? ...Visitor from FL

Answer:
Something is either causing an overproduction of saliva... or is causing saliva to collect in an area that is affected by airflow or speech behaviors.

The dentist who did the original bonding should be able to determine what needs to be corrected.
