Teething: My baby is 2.5 years old and has only 4 teeth on the upper side and 2 teeth lower side. And two upper and lower side roots. He is not teething from past 6 months ...Visitor from India

Answer:
It sounds like there may be a developmental issue operating.

Take your child to see a Periodontist to determine why this is happening and if future treatment will be needed.
