Mini implants vs regular implants: I had 6 traditional implants put in and lost 3 because I was told I did not have enough bone.
Do you think I could use mini implants to replace them without having bone grafted? ... Visitor from CA
It may be possible.... consult with a Periodontist for a tissue level analysis of what is possible and what isn't.
Better yet, try to find a Prosthodontist who routinely provides bone graft surgeries. In the event mini implants aren't recommended, a prosthodontist may be able to help modify the existing implant configuration (without grafting) to provide a stable foundation for new non removable teeth replacements.
