Six (6) Anterior Teeth Bonding

Food stuck in teeth: I recently had two porcelain veneers placed on my two front teeth, one of which I broke years ago.

They look good, but food gets stuck between the two veneered teeth, as well as between the veneered teeth and the ones next to it, so food gets stuck between my four front teeth just about whenever I eat.

Will this get better with time as the edges get smoother? Is there anything I can do about this? ...Visitor from NY

Food getting stuck between teeth is a common problem. It may be that the edges are rough, it may also be that there is too much space between the teeth (embrasure space).

If the latter is the cause then new veneers will solve the problem. Please see the dentist so that the condition can be evaluated.
