Question:
Valplast My DDS sold me an off-brand and called it a Valplast, and never gave me the certified number so I could register it with the Valplast company.

What would you do? I know it's not A Valplast item but just a flexible partial. .... Visitor from California

Answer:
It is not uncommon for dentists and dental labs to market dental products that are similar to nationally known brands.

What is confusing here is that you are aware you purchased an off-brand product that is "Valplast like" and yet you are expecting recognition as a Valplast customer.

Your best recourse is for you to contact your State Dental Board for resolution.
