I don't know of any medications that would cause the implants to fail. I wonder about your bone density if all failed so quickly.
The dentist can feel the strength of the bone while inserting the implants. I have had a few fail quickly and some a few months later, usually in women and usually in the upper jaw.
I had 3 of 6 fail in a woman in the upper jaw, waited 9 months for bone to regenerate, then successfully replaced the 3 that failed and they are doing well. But 4 out of 4 in the lower jaw of a male is unusual.
I would recommend seeing a periodontist (gum specialist) to evaluate your bone for traditional implants. You may need bone grafting before this procedure. There is an x-ray called a cone beam that can actually show your bone quality and quantity.
